    Go on a fascinating scientific and spiritual journey in this eye-opening book that explores the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. When we receive diagnoses from medical professionals, we are often so overwhelmed that we give up authority over our own health and well-being. “The Healer’s Handbook”. I end up using this book several times a week. Some of the exercises are more intermediate. But there are sections on colors and dream symbols, chakras etc. There are some exericses detailed, that are mentioned in the videos. I particularly like the “long prayer method” Stewart wrote about in this book.

    As the name of the novel implies, the whole point of the novel is mostly "The Healers". What Armah is skillfully doing to you as you read this novel, is training you to be a healer. This novel is more a recruitment flyer for those who are inclined to heal, then it is a 5/5(1). "The Healer's Touch" is based on a true legend in my home state of Missouri. While the facts are incredulous and hard to believe they are told to be "the truth" in these parts. I have seen the 'light" and can honestly say that I believe one day folks will figure out the source, but then there are a lot of unexplainable things here on this earth/5(13).
